Sharjah Honors Moroccan Cultural Figures in Casablanca

novelist Mubarak Rabea, novelist Khenata Banouna, translator Saeed Benkrad, and poet Amina Al Maraini, as part of the eighteenth edition of the Sharjah Cultural Honoring Forum, held in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication in the Kingdom of Morocco. 

The honoring ceremony took place at the Cultural Center in the heart of Casablanca, in the presence of His Excellency Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Culture, Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Qaseer, Director of the Cultural Affairs Directorate at the Department of Culture, Ms. Latifa Muftaqar, Director of Books at the Moroccan Ministry of Culture, director of the National Library, Ms. Kenza Alshraibi, president of the "Sidi Belyout" district, Mohammed Al Rumaithi, representative of the UAE Embassy in Morocco, Saeed Al Alwi, director of the Cultural Complex, the honorees' families, and a large number of Moroccan intellectuals, writers, and academics.
