Sharjah Department of Culture has been achieving more than any other entity. The daily management of the days is based on thought, vision, and methodology. Abdullah al-Owais serves as the leader with directives to give, and he is the "dynamo" in the world of movement, and a maestro in the language of signs. Always transparent, resilient, and energetic and on the project, the Sharjah Cultural Project.
